In this section we give scientific advice for governments to follow to reduce and halt transmission of Covid-19 also known as Coronavirus, and known by scientists as SARS-CoV-2.

It is critical that governments follow scientifically sound policy and procedures, rather than do what is politically expedient. Perhaps most important of all, science, logic, reason and the scientific method MUST be followed, and any faith-based approaches must not be followed or even considered, as they are likely to worsen the problem and the pandemic. The separation of Church and State has never been more important to our health, our lives, our freedom and our future.

We believe that the information presented on this site is higher quality and more accurate information than that given by the WHO. We are scientists, and we are not politicized. That is to say - we will present the truth here, and the best advice we can, rather than what is politically correct, politically expedient or useful; and we will do it without regards to objections by specific countries, organizations, ideologies and religions. That is why you should find higher quality information on this site then elsewhere.

Please click on the links in this menu column (GOV) for details on how and why to best implement the below-mentioned suggestions.

In brief, all nations must :

  1. Secure adequate PPE - Personal Protective Equipment for both the present and the future, preferable producing it within their own borders if possible.
  2. Test randomly for both the presence of the virus, and for the presence of antibodies (indicating past presence of the virus). This MUST be done totally randomly and important information and statistics must be taken and used to direct policy.
  3. Secure adequate test kits - both nasal swab tests which detect active presence of the virus, and blood tests which detect antibodies or past presence of the virus - for the present and for the future, producing these within their own borders if possible. Increase testing capacity for now and for the future.
  4. Set up and put in place a contact tracing and isolating system which establishes notification, quarantine and self-isolation criteria.
  5. Establish and enforce policies regarding the wearing of personal protective equipment - particularly respirators and face masks. These should be made mandatory for high density indoor areas like public transportation. When possible these should be provided to people free of charge with guidelines as to how long they may be used. Development of high-quality reuseable masks and respirators must be pursued.
  6. Assure a sufficient supply of ICU - Intensive Care Units - with ventilators and oxygen for treating those who will need hospitalization. Modification of existing large indoor structures like gyms and conference centers into temporary overflow ICU units should be started before they are actually needed.
  7. Encourage, even mandate in some circumstances, working from home if it is possible. Provide the tools needed to companies and workers to work from home easily and effectively like videoconferencing sites and sites with interactive whiteboards, project management, and other useful tools. Many businesses already have these tools in place, ready to be used.
  8. Encourage people to practice social distancing so that large sectors of the economy can remain open. Require this if encouragement is not enough. Proper social distancing is 2 meters indoors, and at least 1 meter (preferably 2) outdoors.
  9. Create vertical movement of air indoors, sucking air upwards away from people and venting it outside to the open air far above people's heads, if possible.
  10. Encourage and enforce, if necessary hand washing with soap and water (or a 60% alcohol-based anti-bacterial gel) for at least 20 seconds. Encourage people not to touch their faces or their masks, respirators or face coverings.
  11. Encourage people to stop smoking, stop drinking alcohol, and improve their fitness - to start now to strengthen their lungs and reapair damage done to their kidneys, liver, lungs and heart so that they will better be able to survive the Coronavirus should they become infected. Encourage people to be as healthy as they can be and to live as healthily as they can. This includes mental and emotional health as well as physical health. Prayer, meditation, exercise, outdoor socially-distanced activies should be encouraged; as should people communicating with each other - whether socially-distanced, through face masks, or on-line - people need to understand that they are not alone in this.
  12. Pursue development of a vaccine, or join other vaccine developers in their efforts to develop a vaccine.
  13. Control your borders effictively, testing those who enter (temperature tests at a minimum to start with), and blocking entry from places with high incidence of the virus.
  14. If you are in a country with a relatively high population density, stop immigration and start to determine ways to reduce population density. Airborne viruses, like all viruses, love high population density. Quality of life, and quality of health is indirectly proportional to population density. That is, in general, the lower the population density, the higher the quality of life and health. The WHO and certain religions and ideologies do not want you to believe this, but it is, nevertheless, a fact, and can be proved scientifically. Stop allowing rezoning and increased densities in your population centers - these will become virus hotspots now and in the future.
  15. The cost of treating this pandemic should be borne by the current population, by the people alive today - and not put off for the future generations to pay. Thsi is critical and only fair. It is all too easy to lie and say that this pandemic is a once-in-a-century pandemic and argue what is politically expedient - that the future shold have to pay for this.  Pandemics like this are going to happen more and more often because of overpopulation and pollution. Global and national health crises will get worse and worse and will happen more and more frequently until we lower the population and the population density. The world is severly overpopulated, and we cannot alow any further population growth. [This is the great challenge of our times - how to reverse population growth and lower population levels and density to a sustainable level humanely and ethically, and how to do the same for pollution. ] This is what modern-day politics has become - spending now to give the voters what they demand, and borrowing to pay for it, forcing the future to pay for it. This is wrong, immoral, unethical, and disasterous for the present and future environment, the economy of the future and the quality of life for the future. This policy of spending now and making the future pay for it leads us directly into war, pestilence, pandemics, famine, overpopulation, over-pollution, disaster, catastrophe, complete economic collapse and the collapse of our civilization; and it has been doing so for a long time now. This is why current politicians, judiciary and their funders are crooks of the worst kind. This is why democracy is failing and has been failing us for a long time now - because people demand more and more, and govenments give it to them to acquire and remain in power. We suggest a massive one-time tax on current fortunes which MUST include trusts, foundations and endowments, etc. - wherever cash and other assets are being held, including the offshore sector. This money should be used to provide free PPE, testing and vaccinations to all people, everywhere.
  16. Stop all endangered species trade, and end all the capture and eating of bats and primates (and other dangerous "bush meat"). Interaction between humans and certain animal species are deadly to both species, and have hit humans very very hard. It is probable that HIV (AIDS) came from green monkey sickness and the interaction between humans and a primate species. Humans should NEVER eat primates. It is probably that ebola and covid-19 come from humans eating bats. These horribly dangerous practices MUST be abolished for all time globally.
  17. Stop all profiteering on PPE, testing, test kits, and vaccinations. Force the nations (China, etc.) and companies (Alibaba, Ebay, Amazon, etc.) who profiteered from this crisis to refund their profits - all profits - from this international pandemic and crisis. The WHO doesn't want to talk about this since they are more or less controlled by China and by politics and religion. The WHO allows itself to be censored by dictatorial regimes and by religions which won't allow population control like islam, judaism, catholicism, christianity, etc. [It should be noted that Jesus never said anything against birth control, and all religions' edicts against birth control are erronious, political human decisions, not divine law. These prohibitions against birth control are very harmful for the world and people and their quality of life and they should be abolished. So should the outrageous and horrible ideas that religions need to propegate all over the globe and that a "population war" between religions is OK. It is not OK, and any political or religious leader who states that women have a religious or national "duty" to reproduce is sick, and should be removed from power immediately, and their country should be boycotted internationally until their policy changes. The world is already severly overpopulated and can ill afford more people or religious or national or political or idealogical pushes to grow population.] Let's set a strong international precedent that profiteering and profits will not be allowed to be made from public health pandemics. Eventually, when a vaccine is developed, it should be provided globally free-of-charge. This is the best way to slow, stop and try to eradicate this virus.
